LTE = Super slow and unstable internet

Based on Telkom's adverti*****t of LTE being the most reliable connection at up to 90Mbps download speed...we joined. We have been faced with intermittent service, slow connection, buffering videos, dropped connection etc. After numerous phone calls and emails to Telkom...they confirmed what we already knew: that we have intermittent connection. Every time a person from Telkom vows to sort it out and revert back to us...silence of the lambs...nothing happens. Telkom is quick to bind you to a 2 year contract but slow on service delivery and making good on their advertised promises.
