LTE sucks in Annlin PTA

I have now taken up a new LTE contract and Mobile WiFi eith Telkom as I moved to Annlin in Pta, where their LTE is supposedly excellent (apparently there is no LTE in Doornpoort - which they forgot to mention when they sold it to me) Since moving in the LTE sucks!!! I have been calling - one agent says the problem in the area is being worked on...tge next knows nothing of a problem, the next thinks I activated it on Saturday, the other will send me a sms with a reference and the other a sms when it is fixed - nothing is fixed!!! What does it take to get a working product from Telkom??? ********** 978
