LTE sucking so bad
<p>I have had poor performance with my Telkom LTE connection. I reported this issue months ago, and again recently, but nothing has been done. Meanwhile I am struggling along at frustrating speeds and intermittent performance. As an example I just downloaded a file at about 1% of the speed I used to get (30KB/s as opposed to a minimum of 2.5MB/s). </p>
18 days since posting this review and all I have received from Telkom are two messages from the "Social Media Team" whose full job is to respond with a nothing response:
