**** Lte Speeds With Telkom

I am really disgusted with telkom. I had a 10Mbps ADSL line with them. I relocated and i get told from telkom that the copper is ****** and i cant get ADSL. So i was advised to migrate to telkom voip lte for R799 10mbps line uncapped lte.

i go instore and pavilion to do the upgrade and when i get there they tell me that i cant get voip either even after i was told i could.

so the lady advised me to get a new contract for lte. i chose the 10mbps uncapped for R1000 a month which is R200 more than what i was told i could get! i signed up and took the package.

Since the time i got it my adsl line still hasnt been canceled.

I am using my lte 10Mbps which is pro rata at: - 150gb 10Mbps - 200gb 4Mbps - 900gb 2Mbps

I am busy using my 10Mbps speed bandwith and i am not even get 1Mbps speeds with 4G+ on 5 bars of signal.
