Lte speeds pretoria

<p>Signed a 24 month contract on Lte when speeds at my house were tested between 7and 13 Mbps. Now often around 1Mbps for long periods while signal is strong.</p> <p> </p> <p>surely this is not acceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I get out of the contract without penalties?</p>
