LTE Speeds are the worst.

Over the passed week i'm been having poor service from telkom the process you LTE speeds of 10MBPS for the 1st 150GB used but i'm been getting less than 4MBPS. If a complaint is raised you get a do not response email but not one calls for emails back to assist. I can barely watch Netflix or DSTV.
