LTE SPEED

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been an customer for years now starting with 8ta probably 4-5 Year now, I upgraded earlier this year to the LTE data package but the LTE speed is so slow the internet does not even want to work and when I switch my rooter to 3G it's 1Mb/s....</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem is well big problam is that my camera's at home is working on this network and when the speed is this slow the security cameras at home does not work at all!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tweeted Telkom earlier this week but still no feedback and I can't move to other service providers because I have a contract, accept if Telkom is willing to cancell it for me (What I don't want to do)</p> <p> </p> <p>It's also costing me R700pm and it's not doing it's job....</p>
