LTE solution sold never delivered

I was contacted to upgrade my adsl line to something more suitable as we bearly have internet through the adsl. After a lengthy descussion i gave in as the sales guy promised me high and low that the LTE solution he suggests will sort out my problem. We completed the application over the phone and was adviced that all is in order and the new modem as well as the sim will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Its 5 weeks later and i have not yet received the package or been able to get someone at Telkom to tell me what is going on!!!
