LTE slow and unreliable

<p>I have had the Telkom LTE uncapped service for a few months now. Recently the speed dropped from 30mb/s to between 0.1 and 5 mb/s especially during the afternoons. I logged a complaint with Telkom (reference number ********** 4) and have communicated with them many times. They keep telling me they escalated it but nothing is being done. I am in the Reservoir Hills area.</p>
