LTE sim activation

I ordered a Telkom LTE package as I was told Telkom no longer fixes the copper lines, which rendered my DSL line useless. Package was delivered on 8 July but still has not being activated, trying to get it resolved by phone proves useless. please just activate my package As I find Telkom service not to exist
