LTE signal very weak - Slower than ADSL now

<p>Based on experiences with LTE on my phone (15mb) and according to the coverage map I should be well covered for Telkom LTE. I purchased a 24 month contract which comes with a good LTE router. </p> <p>It took over 5 days to activate the SIM card, so not a good start. Now I have the router in the best possible place and lined up with the nearest Telkom tower and I only get 3G. Really dissapointed. I've raised an issue since others have received Poynting antennas with their package.</p> <p> Since I'm on the highest and most expensive package, I would have thought they would have tried a bit harder.</p>
