LTE Service very Slow

I reported my LTE service last week.Ref nr***6. Yesterday I got email from Scelo Hlengwa SOC – Service Operation Centre T: +27 (0) 81 180 E: *** He asked me for my contact nr as they were struggling to get hold of me. So he asked me what time is convenient for me. I responded 09:48 that I am availble. Around 12:33 I called 081180.The lady that assisted me said that Scelo is aware of my email and will call me after lunch. I send a follow up email at 17:13 to Scelo and still no reply. I think he is still on lunch. My LTE service is impacting on me working from home.
