If you have a product to sell then at least support the product.<br> <br> complete incompetence. timeline<br> 1month ago, order LTE online. get email response, that is great<br> nothing happens, I call the call centre and am told the application needs to be completed. 2 days later and after I call again I complete the order. NOTE I did complete the order online,<br> told 5-7 working days I will get delivery<br> nothing happens for 10 days then I try to call to find out what is happening<br> - 0213goes dead, does not even ring<br> -10210 they tell me either they cannot help me or they will put me through - on hold and get returned to 10210, I give up.<br> <br> if you have a product that you are promoting, at least have the support to back it up. This is the FIRST step of the customer journey and you cannot get it right, how is your support going to be!<br> <br> I ordered LTE-A from your special, jumped through a few hoops
