LTE router subscribes to a gaming service

I discovered today that my LTE router subscribed to a gaming service (?) Upon tracing the app I discovered that it is a Telkom service (TelkomPlus)

Called the helpdesk to ask for the service to be stopped immediately and to request a refund as it is physically impossible for me to get this number subscribed to any services as it never leaves the router.

The subscription was cancelled but they will not refund and the email address that was given to me to try and find out how the ****** hell this happened does not work.
