lte router never arrives

I placed an online order for lte on 8Feb and after 4 days i went to head office to require why i had had no response. Henry Makola at head office was very helpful and sent a mail to Renzo zenetti who was fast to reply and the next day i got a call to confirm my billing details from mpilo and was told my router would be delivered in 48 hours. On 17 Feb i sent Mpilo a mail to ask why it had not arrived, i got no reply. On 26 Feb i sent a mail renzo asking what was happening. He rep**** by adding Peter ramdeen into the mail and asking him to look into it. now 1 march still no reply
