LTE Rooter & sim card activation

Very poor service I have purchased LTE rooter with sim card from Telkom on the 27 May 2025 it was delivered on the 02 June 2025. From the 03 June 2025 i called and they said i must wait 72 hours to be activated i did wait but nothing. On 06 June they send me a mail stating" They said the team will attend to my query asap the ticket number 284725" still nothing. On 09 June i called again regarding the matter and they said i must wait 24 working hours which I did but still in not activated. Today on the 10 June 2025 i called again and they said they have logged it but they cant tell me when will it be working. Please assist me . I am so disappointed in the service that you render to your loyal customers. I will never recommend telkom to my colleagues. If you cant assist me in the next 24 hours please organised courier to take your rooter back.
