LTE R599 Special

<p>I app**** for this special on the 11th of April 2016. I was sent a reference number by Telkom and a sales lady phoned me promptly. I have provided this ladies name to Telkom to follow up.</p> <p>Since that day NO one else has bothered to call me or update me on the status of my order. I've phoned Telkom numerous times and have contact with them on Facebook and Messenger. Since the 11th they have told me that they have escalated this to the Sales Department.</p> <p>No Joy. They have escalated this to Manager level and lo and behold, NO JOY. </p> <p>Now they are expecting somebody to call me to finalise the deal.</p> <p>NO JOY.</p> <p>All I want is an answer but nobody seems to know what is going on. Is this R599 offer a con? Do people actually</p> <p>get help from Telkom?</p> <p>IF I am NOT going to get Telkom then I must go to their competitors and get internet from them. The problem is that NOT knowing what the status of the Telkom deal with me I am hesitant as I cannot afford 2 internet contracts.</p> <p>PLEASE SORT OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL. </p> <p>This experience has been ********** to say the least.</p>
