LTE promised but speeds around 1Mbps achieved

I have done numerous speed tests in Goodwood (near cormer Marshal/Joubert streets) and in Town (near Dorp/Loop street) but the SPEED IS PATHETIC. I just took out 2 contracts which promised LTE after being dissapointed with CellC where i gave up 70 Gb data because of pathetic speeds.<br> ICASA needs to FINE CSPs for not delivering minimum speeds. I get speeds less than 0.5 Mbps most of the time. I have screenshots to prove these tests that were carried out all times of the day and evening.<br> Telkom needs to re-imburse me as its frustrating. I use a 4G phone and i have tested speeds using the LTE modem they supp****. I NEED BETTER SPEEDS IN GOODWOOD. <br> How can they advertise LTE to gain customers? Is this legal?
