LTE packages - pathetic service.

Good day, I was forced late 2019 to migrate from a 4 Meg uncapped ADSL to LTE router. The Telkom consultant initially failed to mention that the LTE was a 24 months contract and that I am getting throttled on 150 Gig, 200 Gig etc or even any T & C's. Struggling from December 2019 to date to cancel the contract. No respose from them at all even with case numbers, date and time and various consultant details. Very poor service and *********** consultants.
