LTE package upgrade not fulfilled

Hello,

I've had LTE with for roughly 17months now and recently wanted to cancel my package for something more affordable with better data. However Tebogo(***) from Telkom's retentions team persuaded me to stay by offering me an upgrade to a better package with more data which I maily needed. However, this request all started on 15 May and I am yet to expect a honor in his word and my request to upgrade. Tebogo has recently ignored my emails to him,but I have sufficient proof of him and his promises to keep via email. The package/upgrade was suppose to have kicked in before the end of June but I am still on the old package and cause of this failure by Tebogo I have no more LTE data and have run into out of bundle rates of an additional R500 bill!!!. This show how much he values paying customers who had been nothing but patient.

I still wish to change my package and would like a formal apology from Tebogo as well,but do not wish to deal with his incompetence any longer. I also seek a waiver for the out of bundle charge which would not have incurred if Tebogo delivered on his promise.
