LTE Package Migration
I Have a LTE Home 50Gb Package with Telkom. In September 2015 Telkom published that they would be migrating all Home & Business LTE packages over to the new Smarterbroadband packages on the 1st of October 2015. It has been nearly 6 months later and i have still not been migrated to the package meaning no night surfing data anymore. I Have phoned the call centre many times and they dont know anything about it. I even went to the local Telkom shop in Rustenburg but the people there are not educated at all in Telkoms mobile products so that was a big waste of time too. So Telkom what have you done for me lately?
