LTE not so light speed?

<p>So I have been a very loyal customer since they were 8ta and I now currently hold quite a few contracts with Telkom including 2 LTE bundles. One Being a 20GIG package and the other being a 50GIG. Every since Telkom rolled out 4G to mobile phones the network has gone from good to absolutely useless.</p> <p>I have now complained on Facebook and Twitter and all I get is these weak answers about the technicians tending to it, how stupid do you think I am. I believe if I have a capped service you are not supposed to throttle me, but somehow after 20:00 the speed drops from 15-25mbps to 1-3mbps, what is this????</p>
