LTE not delivered yet.

I ordered the Telkom unlimited LTE on the 17th of september. That afternoon an agent called me and did the terms and conditions of the product along with the financials. She said once the debit order has gone off i would receive my device within 3-5 working days. The debit order went off on the 19th of september. It is currently the 5th of october. I have sent emails to telkommobile support. I have called the 10213 number and received some tracking number from the rep that does not even work. I have received no communications or updates on my order although i have already paid. I am extremely disappointed in the service i have received.
