LTE - Non existant service and empty promises

After making sure that we have LTE coverage and being offered LTE-Advanced, promising internet speeds of up to150Mbps, we have since the day of taking the contract had a mere 3Mbps download speed. After logging more than 2 cases with Telkom regarding this issue and having technicians come out and test the speeds, confirming that the speeds are too low, they also logged a case to say that the speeds are too slow and that a cancelation of contract must be done. Now, almost 6 months in, Telkom is ignoring us, expecting us to pay R800 per month for a service we are not getting and if we dare stop paying we can expect blacklisting.

STAY AWAY! Telkom is pathetic and I would do anything in my power to prevent this poorly run company to frustrate anyone else as much as they are frustrating me.

They have promised us resolving of the problem for 4 months now, we were in the stores in Centurion multiple times, spoke to the managers, but still nothing.

Telkom does not value their customers!! They will take your money and watch you suffer without the service they promised.
