LTE non-delivery

<p>After following Telkom's web site and trying unsuccessfully to arrange a demo of their LTE product, their sales agent called and persuaded me to sign up without a demo as there was a cooling off period. This was a month ago. Nothing has happened since then so I called the number I was given by their sales person and now Telkom cannot find a record of the agreement. Nothing. Their call centre advised me to 'sign up again' then said 'sorry your area is now fully subscribed'. Telkom is such a waste of time. Maybe I am fortunate not to have been locked into a contract with a company who clearly can't even get a sale right, let alone support the technology.</p>
