LTE - No feedback

Good Day. My husband has phoned Telkom numerous and as well as complained on the Facebook page about not getting any feedback on his query about getting LTE. Its an absolute disgrace and he has screenshotted every response for the last 3 months that says someone will contact him. Still nothing. I cannot fathom the thought that Telkom doesn't want our business. It honestly blows my mind. How do you just leave someone hanging for 3 months? We would honestly prefer no reply at all than to be told the same lies as always. I personally work in customer service myself and cannot fathom ignoring a customer this way especially when they have requested a decent response for months. Please see that he gets a phone call by the end of the week as this is getting pathetic now. I will wait for a response before posting a phone number on a public platform like this so I would appreciate some sort of help.
