LTE - more than a week since delivery and still no connection

A Telkom rep called me about two weeks ago to say that I can get an LTE connection at our office to replace the ADSL and fixed line connection we have. All our calls will go via the LTE system and the package will allow for a bunch of free minutes and a couple of gigs of data. The LTE router and sim was delivered last week Tuesday 17th Sept. I entered the sim into the LTE router and allowed 48hours for it to become active (there's note on the documentation that comes with the order that says to wait up to 48hours). A couple of days passed and I was still not connected, so I called Telkom on I think 10213 and spoke to Trevor on Monday 23rd Sept and he said there was some issue where my order was still on the system and that he will send an email to the "back office" to get it sorted out and that the LTE connection will work by end of business on Monday. Today is Wednesday 26th Sept and the LTE is still not working. I called the 10210 number as indicated on the documentation and the person said I should call 081187 as I am at the wrong dept, I confirmed the number and even asked if I should phone this number from my fixed landline - this number does not work! Then I spoke to Courtney Louw via the online chat interface on the Telkom website and she said that the sim is not activated and said that she will send an email to the sales dept and I could also call them on 10213. So, I called them on 10213 and Simone said I should call 10210. I have now wasted so much time with this. My LTE connection from another provider that I have at home was activated within a day from delivery but it seems that Telkom cannot manage to get this right in more than a week. I cannot understand why the form says I should call 10210 just for them to tell me I am not at the correct dept, Then call sales and they give me 10210 again to call... around and around we go and still no LTE service!
