LTE MODEM NOT DELIVERED
I ordered a uncapped LTE for R599 x 24 months contract. The sales consultant told me that my modem would be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. This did not happen. No communication from Telkom. Consultants can't assist and my emails are ignored.
