LTE MINI MI FI HUWAI ROUTER STILL WAIT DELIVERY

After applying for Huwai Mini MiFi Telkom router at Menlyn on Sat. 30 Jan 2016, I was told by Johann, a salesman that although they have stock available, the computer system do not want to allow the transaction (apparently since the stock no of item was not loaded on Telkom's system. Promises were made that the technicians would fix it before Fri 8 Feb.2016. I made endless calls since to the store and Johann. No one picks up the phone or rep**** on SMS's. When visiting the store on Sat.20 Feb, Johann was not there and an assistant \Lulu\" said that she would give Johann my no for feedback. She said that they ran out of stock?? Yesterday 29 Feb.2016 Johann phones me from *** and informed me that the stock item of the device has now been loaded, and that my daughter could collect it on my behalf (since I stay in JHB) and she in Pretoria. When she arrived and inquired, she was abruptly told Johann is not in, they knew not when he will be in, and if and when he is in, she needs to form up in the queue(that average a waiting time of almost an hour). It seems Johann is in and out, and we are lucky to find him to get this long awaited item, now over a month. Can't someone respond?"
