LTE Migration Fail !!!

I have had the Telkom Lte 50G package for 4 months now and paying R699 pm. Tried to Migrate to the Uncapped Wireless Broadband Lte online and was told I have to go into a Telkom shop... Telkom Shop says I have to do it online...<br> <br> So finally I completed the application on 30 March 2016. It was successful. But will be called in 48 hour for approval.<br> <br> No call, so I call Telkom to hear my application was declined as it was due to the fact I wont be able to afford it.<br> <br> So I'm currently paying R699 pm for a package I want to migrate to that is R599 pm and cant afford it ???<br> <br> Telkom needs to fix the migration process as this is really bad service.<br> <br> <br> Regards,<br> Johan<br>
