Lte Lit box

I have a LTE lit box with my telkom contract, recently a firmware update was pushed by telkom, only tonfind the lit box is no longer working. I logged it in, they claim it was repaired, yet its still not working. How can i pay for something that is not working. Now I've been told i need to pay to get it fix, fortunately its not my own negligence for it not working so i am not happy with the feedback. I am not satisfied with the service i am getting.
