LTE June Promo wait till July for service

<p>This is my 4th complaint...telkom has not gotten back to me or called etc....</p> <p><br />Hi i had app**** the 3rd of june on your website and got my call for the call Agent the 4th (sa****ay) where we completed my contract over the phone and was successful etc. She told me they will call me in 5-7 business days to arrange delivery, they then debited me the full contract amount for the month on the 6th of june where until now i had not receive any call regarding my device or delivery.<br /> <br />it is today already the 27th June.... where nothing has happened. i was at a telkom store where they told me they only had lodged my contract on the 11th of june and must WAIT again 7 business days for a call.... So i waited again and nothing has happend i tried calling...email...Helo peter etc... nothing helps.<br /> <br />So please can i get help. I only gotten last week Tuesday my delivery nr BUT it does not work CourierIT says they don't have it and had not received any information for your side.</p> <p>I have been waiting almost a MONTH! For my device and information. Friday is the 1st and I'm going on leave next week.... now you want me to stay home to show you my ID and Prove of house IF you eventually arrive?</p> <p>It takes 20 min to do the contract and 1 day to take my money but 30 days to get NOTHING! So tell me when are you coming because i did AGREE on this. This is breach of contract and you are in Mora debitors. So call your what department and get answers because I'm done waiting.
