LTE Issue - 5 months and still not resolved
<p>I logged a fault that the LTE service is not delivering on its promise (Getting speeds below 1mb/s), I get constant sms to let me know that fault ********** 9 is still with their network department and further updates will be sent in 7 days. I have been receiving the same sms for months.</p>

this matter now needs to be escalated please. The service can no longer be used and its effecting my business. Telkom do not come back to me or attempt to resolve the issue.
Please can the matter be addressed or cancel my contract so I can approach another service provider.
