"LTE" Internet Terrribly Slow

<p>I have logged som many calls to Telkom and all I keep hearing or reading is "We are working on it" or "We have escalated this matter to our Technical Team" - This is pathetic service!</p> <p>I am running Telkom Mobile LTE with at least 3 bars signal for the most part, yet my Download speed is 5Mbps or less! That is LTE for you! My Mtn LTE is never lower the 15Mbps!</p> <p>There is no issue with my router and I know this as I am I.T s****ed so I know what to test. <br /><br />Can this be fixed as a matter of urgency. I pay R550 per month for 30 x 30 GB data and I can hardly use it.<br />I didn't want ADSL as LTE is much faster, looks like I was proved wrong!</p>
