LTE Hell
<p>I have called the Telkom help line 3 times in the last two weeks as well as go in store and yet my problem still presist. For over two weeks now my LTE line speed has been between 0.5mbps and 2mbps !!!! I used to get 35 to 45 mbps. I only do live streaming , so at the moment my LTE is useless. Nobody at Telkom can assist me or fix my problem yet I must acknowledge and pay my bill or less. I demand that this problem get sorted out and I get compensated for my lack of service recieved. </p>

25 Jul 2016, 11:01It's now a month and half later. Nothing has changed. I am still having the exact same issue. No assistance from Telkom whatsoever. If you add all my enquiries (Email, Twitter, Facebook, In Store, Telkom Help line) I have enquired now 38 times in a month and a half and NOTHING !!!!!!!! I wish they would cancel my contract. The only response I ever get is the exact same generic response they posted here on this site.
