LTE has been running at 2mb for 2 months, and telkom could not care

I have uncapped LTE at home, used to run amazingly until a couple of months back, then the speed dropped drastically. From 25mb to 1mb. I contacted telkom and informed them that the antenna is not pointing in the correct direction (which they installed). It took them more than a month to send someone out to fix it. And for a brief period it worked like a charm. I got 25mb again. Until yesterday, since then it has fallen back to 1mb. Even with full signal. No matter how hard I have tried, telkom just could not care. Specifically a Walter Mazibuko. He has gone out of his way, not to assist in any way, except giving ridiculous excuses. And not really wanting to do anything on his side (even though he works with the LTE technical issues). So at the end of the month when the debit order goes off, I will roll it back. Get my monthly subscription from Walter. Even his Superior Deon Naidoo does not really care and respond
