Lte does not work

It's been two months telkom lte does not work, I am paying every month but not getting to use the product it's pointless having uncapped when you can't even use it majority of the day and night it says no internet access. Terrible experience in the last 2 months. I received a call to upgrade my lte but the lady was offering me something I already had for an higher subscription, ever since that call my lte does not work. That's such a coincidence. I'm very unhappy with the product I have and I had this product since 2022. Very Sad customer.
