Lte dnt buy the speeds are 0.84 mbs

Telkom can you please explain to me why my LTE is been throttled only during peak hours 5 to 10 at night I done speed test and I'm getting 0.84 to 1.5 mbs down load speeds I'm paying for a LTE network and now I have a line slower that what I had 10 years ago on DSL. I dnt understand if you throttle a line why you can at least give us a line that we can use I mean the rest of the world LTE is 50 mbs yet I am not getting 1% of my line speed and on top of that you taking copper line away and forcing ppl you use LTE yet your network can even handle the amount of ppl on it at the moment.
