LTE Device not delivered

Hi,<br> <br> I signed up for the Telkom LTE deal in December 2015. The device was despatched to my work address after it was closed. The courier didn't communicate with me at and on their own accord returned the device to Telkom.<br> <br> Now it's a backward and forward investigation on Telkom's side. I have called the call centre numerous times, posted on facebook and all I here is that the matter is being resolved. Nothing solid.<br> <br> And yet my account is being debited without delay! <br> <br> Don't allow this to tarnish the hope that I previously had with Telkom or else this will be the absolute last deal I do. <br> <br> All I am asking for is honest feedback with what is happening not delay tactics. If the device has been ******, put me, the customer first and issue a replacement at your own cost.<br> <br> I have had good experience with Telkom before - please rescue your reputation with me.<br> <br> If you can't deliver just cancel my deal please.
