LTE DEVICE

Morning,<br> <br> My husband was called and offered a special on the wireless devices ***.=, 3 weeks ago. Nobody from Telkom has come back to us, as to wether we have to collect or it will be delivered. We try call them and we are put on hold for 25min approxamiately. When we called to cancel the product, nobody can assist, because all they can do is put me through to a dept that does not answer calls or is busy all the time. Not one staff member can take the message and pass it on because they don't know anybody in that Dept. Its so funny when they want you to buy a product they are relentess and annoying when they get the sales they don't know what follow through is. Telkom is not a company that I would recommend to anyone, in fact I will actually tell people to use another service provider.
