LTE coverage lost Msogwaba 1215 nelspruit

Im not pleased with telkom at all, in my area nelspruit street name msogwaba 1215, we experienced a heavy rainfall, till then we lost LTE/4G coverage, im an LTE subscriber but i cnt not access internt anymore.
