LTE CONTRACT UPGRADE

I bought LTE CONT from PROMO AT WESTVILLE MALLL. I was assured by Scelo that if I started with 3Gigs I could upgrade to bigger package after 3mth. I phoned Scelo to upgrade after 3mth but he wont answer his phone. I went in to Pavillion Telkom during Dec.Wait for at least one hour in queue every time only to be told that I purchased 36mth contract that cannot be changed. Vivian, manager at Westville Mall tried to help but to no avail. Why did Scelo assure me that I can upgrade after 3mth and also never once mention that contract was for 36mth and cannot be upgraded. Telkom Vivian says that Scelo is an independent contractor but I am sitting with a TELKOM PRODUCT THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH AS I WAS SOLD UNDER FALSE. PRETENSES. TELKOM PLEEEASE HELP.
