LTE Contract reset on Change Of Ownership

Hi,

I signed up for an LTE contract in 2013 when LTE just came out. It was a 36 month contract with a device.
Last year (April-May) I decided to do a change of ownership on the contract from my personal name to business for book keeping purposes.

The sales agent assured me that it would not reset my contract and that it will expiry on the original date.
A few months after that, I found out that it actually did reset my contract and added a few months to it.

The result is that I am now sitting with a contract that has been extended for 36 months WHICH I DID NOT WANT!! I am now paying R499 per month for a 10Gb package and no new device for this new period!

I want you to change the contract date to the original date it was supposed to end, May 2016!!!
OR CANCEL the Contract!

This is unacceptable service!! I have been fighting this for a few months now, trying every avenue to get this resolved (Various Branches, Call Centre, Personal Contacts that work in Telkom). How can a JSE listed company have such bad Customer Service!
