LTE Contract failure

Opened a Fixed LTE Unlimited contact. Nightmare from day 1! No one ever calls you back, even though they claim they will.<br> <br> -It took a week for the hardware arrive.<br> <br> -In the box it says, activation will happen within 24 hours, took me a week and a number of calls.<br> <br> -Finally activates, I get a speed test of between 2mbs and 13bms on average with the 2 mini antennas. When I plug in the external provided, the modem can't even hold a good LTE connection.<br> <br> -A technician sent out from Telkom to sort this out and he also said the external antenna is faulty and it needs to be replaced.<br> <br> -I called Telkom the same day to get this sorted out only to be told this has never happened and they don't know what to do but will call back Monday. <br> <br> -Monday came, no call, I called, told it will be shipped, no waybill, they will call the next day.<br> <br> -Tuesday came no call again.<br> <br> -Each call to Telkom, it takes 30min on hold if you are lucky not to be cut off. Tried twice today, both cut after 20min.<br> <br> I refuse to continue begging and pleading to actually get what I have signed up for, I want this cancelled. I have had nothing but trouble since I picked up the phone to order this product!
