LTE connection in Trichardt

Good day, since the loadshedding, the connection in Trichardt has been off or the router signal is on 1 bar and not 5 bars that it should be. We are heading into the 3rd week and nothing has been done to fix the problem in Trichardt area. I am paying for my Telkom service R857 a month wish is already a lot for me, because there is no Telkom fibre in the area. I want a option or feed back? If not Nr1: They must make my bill less for the month wish they are not fixing the problem and not giving the service that i pay for. Nr2 Let me make cancelation on my contract so I can move to vodacom that has fibre and better service.
