LTE Cancellation Ignored

I cancelled my LTE contract after it had run its course on 20 Feb '18 (I went into the store and I emailed ********** and I cancelled online), but Telkom choose to ignore my correspondence, and continue to deduct money from my bank account.

This also happens to friends who we originally encouraged to go with LTE - now we're embarrassed by Telkom's behaviour.
