Lte cancelation disputes

Telkom are rogues. They are not clear when it comes to lte contracts. My lte contract ended at the end of June.i canceled and was debited the full contract amount and never receive the data. Now one month later I'm being debited again for services not provided for. What type of service is telkom giving there customers. How can they debit an account for a contract that has been canceled and no data supp****. It is unacceptable.
