LTE Blunder

<p>So I received a notice that my UNCAPPED LTE usage is high and that I will be throttled if I don’t use less. I have been notified by SMS. Then I called and requested this to be looked into as I rarely download from P2P, I use the service a lot for Netflix and YouTube, as I stream all my shows and everything else.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then got a call from David Choenyana and he advised that my usages is still within the limits and I do not go over the download limit and I only stream. After the call I felt like I was out at ease and the situation was sorted, but to my dismay I received an email today.</p> <p> </p> <p>It stated my usage for July was super high, but I only stream, this was the reason why I took the contract I use just under 300 Gigs for the month (streaming and phone updates). I was told that this will not get capped. It’s not my fault that when a person streams the data gets downloaded and thrown out again. I stuck to the T&C's, why are you changing it when you are seeing the service become popular?</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help from you to make me understand why streaming is being barred from you?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Chris</p>
