LTE Bid

I received a flier on the side of the road from Telkom offering an LTE uncapped bid. I immediately sms'd the words required to the number provided and a day later I received a call from Mobile Talk to close the deal.<br> I asked repeatedly if this was an UNCAPPED deal as stated on the flier. The call centre agent said yes it was, but that initially it would be a 30GB capped deal till I had received the device. He said that once I received the device I would have to phone and convert to uncapped at no charge.<br> Today I called to confirm banking details and ANOTHER call centre agent said it was only a 30GB capped deal and WOULD NOT convert to an uncapped deal EVER.<br> I have asked for the recording of my conversation so that I could take it to the consumer protection council for misleading advertising.<br> BAD FORM TELKOM AND HIGHLY MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!!
