LTE application getting rejected with wrong reason

Hi,<br> I am an Indian Passport holder (Old- G*** : New- N***) with a valid work permit until 2020-01-02.<br> I app**** for an LTE device in the 1st week of september. The Credit check department rejected my application with the reason that my passport validity (passport expiry date: 25 Sep 2016) does not cover the 24 month contract period. Hence I renewed my passport and submited the application again by mid of October. Now they are rejecting my application with the reason that my Work Permit does not cover the 24 months contract. They are mentioning the \Enter On or Before"date on the work permit(2016-08-25) as the expiry date. I explained to them that permit expiry date is the one in the Immigration stamping done at the airport while entering to SA. The date in the Immigration stamp is 2020-01-02.<br> My application is tagged to my new passport number.<br> Credit check department mentioned that they cannot accept a date in the stamping and they are asking me to renew my work permit (valid for 5 years) and submit the application again.<br> <br> Your assistance on this matter will be of great help.<br> <br> Regards<br> Vijay"""
